Grievance Process

We encourage you to share concerns so we can resolve them quickly. You can make a grievance in person, by phone, or in writing.

  • We acknowledge grievances promptly and begin review within 2 business days.
  • We provide updates and a written response with findings and actions.
  • You may appeal decisions per Minn. Stat. § 256.045.
